Shipping and returns policy

1. Shipments

Shipments will be made once payment is confirmed and the piece is ready. The customer will be informed by email before ThreeDBox sends the piece.

We offer international shipments starting from €4.5 depending on the weight and dimensions of the order placed. For large-scale shipments, please inquire at the email address [email protected] beforehand.

We work with multiple transport agencies, including Correos, Seur, or Zeleris. The customer can always view and choose the transport company they prefer.

2. Returns

For generic items (items that appear on the website already made and ready to ship), the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

They will have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the item, always contacting [email protected] beforehand.

Return costs and any damage suffered by the product will be borne by the customer.

The product to be returned must be in its original condition, without having been used or manipulated.

The customer is responsible for ensuring correct delivery to the provided shipping address.

If the damages suffered exceed the amount of the product, its return will not be possible.

Shippings with measurements over 250mm long in any of its shape will be cut into 2 or more parts. Optionally they will be glued and sanded. Returns will not be accepted for that fact.

For personalized items (where the customer requests printing or design services), returns will not be accepted.
